This Personal FIT Exercise class is designed to improve core muscle strength, endurance and postural control. This unique workout builds flexibility, strength and muscle tone. Try one Personal FIT exercise class for yourself. They are a great way to relieve stress, lose excess fat, tone muscles and provide a renewed sense of well-being, both emotionally and physically!

The class is conducted in a small group of 4-6 adults per class. You can access the knowledge, dedication and expertise of a professional personal trainer for a great workout at an affordable price. The personal trainer teaching this class will follow the same principles of a one-to-one personal training session, but conducted in a small group setting. This workout consists of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training for a total body workout.

Class Schedule
Tuesday morning: 9.15am - 10.15am
Tuesday evening: 7.15pm - 8.15pm

Equipment needed
Own pilates/exercise mat

Programme
We start with a 5-10 minute warm-up followed by 20-25 minutes of abdominal work using varying tempos, movements and equipment. The back strengthening will be included during abdominal workouts as well. The core conditioning will be enhanced by using weights or your own bodyweight in a muscular strengthening block of 20-25 minutes. After these exercises, we will slow down the level of activity gradually in a 5-10 minute cool down.
