A Pilates Exercise We offer individual and small-group Pilates and Gyrotonics sessions by Polestar-certified instructors. It is a great form of all-round exercise that complements chiropractic care and strengtens the core postural muscles in your body.

Pilates
The Pilates method is a physical movement programme designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance your whole body. Pilates exercises focus on postural symmetry; breath control; abdominal strength; spine, pelvis and shoulder stabilization; muscular flexibility; joint mobility and strengthening throughout the complete range of motion of all joints. Gyrotonic
